By accessing this Site or booking a service, you agree to the following terms:

Services

JENN AND THE CAMERA offers photography sessions, art & creative direction, mentoring,
workshops, consultations, and studio collaborations.

All services require full payment in advance to confirm a booking. Your booking is only valid once payment has been received. Cancellations are non-refundable under all circumstances. However, we offer flexible rescheduling:
If you are unable to attend your original booking date, you may reschedule once for a future available date within 6 months. Specific terms may apply per project or event and will be communicated in writing at the time of booking.

Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required in advance to confirm any booking or service. Invoices must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any work, session, or delivery.

In case of delayed or missing payment, Jenn and the Camera e.U. reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation and to initiate legal steps via our legal counsel. This includes but is not limited to the engagement of a debt collection agency, the assertion of default interest in accordance with § 456 UGB (Austrian Commercial Code), and the enforcement of all associated legal claims.

Any costs arising from collection proceedings or legal enforcement shall be borne in full by the client.

Digital Products

Digital products (e.g. presets, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered. They are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, texts, and designs on this Site are the intellectual property of Jenn Wortham unless otherwise credited. No content may be copied, altered, or reused without written permission.

Liability

Jenn and the Camera is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Delays caused by illness, weather, or technical issues
Data loss once files have been delivered

Clients are responsible for backing up final files.

This Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.
